Late fees are assessed as follows :
$20 late fee. 10 minute grace period.
After 20 minutes appointment may/ will be cancelled due to stylist schedule for the day.
Same day cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No exceptions.
No Show is subject to 100% fee.
