SHIPPING/ RETURN POLICY

Thank You for ordering with Shear Creativity!

1. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened merchandise within SEVEN (7) DAYS of you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality merchandise that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on bundles and merchandise  that has not been opened, worn or tampered with!



You must contact us first before refunding your package at 323-682-8663.  During Business Hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Shear Creativity Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Shear Creativity hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

2. When will I receive my refund? 

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Shear Creativity security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 3-5 days but also may depend on you banking institution.



3. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Shear Creativity hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered in any we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Shear Creativity will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Shear Creativity", because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will not be processed until the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday



2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 323-682-8663



3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders CANNOT be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT.
